With a nod to the birthplace of coffee our Illmatic Single origin hails from the Yirgacheffe Zone in Ethiopia. It’s clear from first sip why this premium coffee is one of our favourites anywhere. Like the seminal album it’s named after the illmatic has depth and complexity, yet it goes down super easy leaving a lasting impression on your taste buds and your entire state of mind.
Taste is somewhat subjective but we taste something like lemon, apricot jam, cacao. Let us know what you taste.
